That final school bell will soon be ringing and summer will be in full swing! So the time to start planning for your children’s summer camp adventures is now. We have put together a preview of local and out-of-state camps that may be of interest to your little fun seeker. Brevard Zoo
The zoo offers summer camps for children entering 1st through 9th grade each week from June 4 to August 3. Campers explore the grounds of the zoo discovering animals and nature in a variety of ways, depending on the program. Meet the zoo’s veterinarian, go behind the scenes, and much more. For the older kids, camp opportunities exist off-site as well. Children interested in learning about animals through art, music, dance, and dramatic play can register for Art Camp August 6-10. Turning Pointe is offering two camps. The first one runs from June 25-29 and the second is from July 16-20. There are also two different camp options.
